I requested exterior wall painting, and from the initial consultation to the completion of the work, I received very courteous service. The explanations were easy to understand, and they kindly answered all my questions, so I felt at ease entrusting the work to them. The finished product is very beautiful, and I am extremely satisfied. The craftsmen did a thorough job, paying attention to even the smallest details. I'm so glad I chose them. Thank you very much!

The moss is less noticeable, and the dark gray color that matches the red of the Sekishu roof tiles was beautifully applied.

The finished result is exactly as I envisioned, and I'm extremely satisfied as it makes the house look much younger.

My neighbors have also given it rave reviews, saying things like, "It's become a magnificent mansion. You have great taste," every time we meet. 😊

Without a doubt, they are the best, most courteous and meticulous painting company in Shimane! First, even at the estimation stage, their thorough on-site survey was far superior to that of the other companies (7 companies that provided estimates)... and the person in charge gave an incredibly detailed explanation. There were no worries whatsoever as we moved forward with the project. I wondered why all the craftsmen were so incredibly kind! Their greetings were always genuine and with natural smiles. I had the strange feeling that I didn't want the work to end.

And needless to say, the finished product is even more beautiful than I imagined. I'm absolutely smitten with my house. I could look at it from the outside all day. They kept the price within the budget I provided, and now that the work is finished, I'm worried about whether they made any profit, but I hope they did! They were incredibly thorough, and because of the long holiday period, it took about a month from scaffolding installation, which is longer than other companies. But I was able to entrust everything to them with complete confidence.

I confidently recommend them to anyone considering painting.

Oh, and their communication (using the old-fashioned "Hourenso" style) was perfect!

Our house, with its 18-year-old white exterior walls that were noticeably dirty, has been transformed and looks absolutely beautiful. When we were struggling to choose a color, the sales representative patiently provided numerous color simulations and suggestions, and we are extremely satisfied with the finished result, which is exactly what we envisioned! We are so glad we chose Iwasa Painting.

We were worried about the significant expense of exterior painting, but the sales representative's explanations, from the initial inspection to the detailed estimate, were incredibly easy to understand. The on-site workers provided daily work reports, both that day and the following day, and their manners were excellent, allowing us to entrust the work to them with peace of mind even when we were away. They even promptly and perfectly completed minor repairs that we pointed out, without any complaints, and we are incredibly grateful.

Nine months have passed since the work was completed, but it still maintains its beautiful condition, just as it was immediately after. Choosing the Inorganic Hybrid Titanium Guard was absolutely the right decision.

We highly recommend Iwasa Painting!

Thirty years ago, I had my house built by a major home builder, and I've continued to entrust maintenance to them ever since. I saw a flyer for a consultation at their Matsue branch and booked an appointment. When I requested an estimate, they were incredibly helpful and polite. They also gave me expert advice on things like paint selection! It was a huge help. If you're considering home maintenance, I highly recommend Iwasa Painting!
